Velocy is built for teams that move fast. Security is not an afterthought in that context. It is a requirement. Every piece of data your team puts into Velocy is protected by default, from the moment it enters the platform to the moment you access it.

Encryption at rest and in transit.

All data stored in Velocy is encrypted at rest using AES-256. Every connection between your browser and our servers uses TLS 1.2 or higher. Your goals, tasks, and team activity are never transmitted or stored without encryption in place.

Access control that follows your team.

Role-based permissions let you control exactly who can view, edit, and manage work across your workspace. Access is scoped by role and can be updated at any time. When a team member leaves, their access is removed immediately with no manual cleanup required.

Your data belongs to you.

Velocy does not sell your data, share it with third parties, or use it to train models without your consent. What your team creates inside Velocy stays inside Velocy. You can export your full workspace data at any time, and if you close your account, your data is deleted within 30 days.

Uptime you can rely on.

Velocy targets 99.9% uptime across all services. Scheduled maintenance is communicated in advance and performed during off-peak hours. Current platform status is always available at the status page.

If you believe you have found a security vulnerability in Velocy, we want to hear about it. Reach out to us directly at security@velocy.com and we will respond within 48 hours. We take every report seriously and work to resolve confirmed issues as quickly as possible.
