Senior Product Designer

Design at Velocy is not decoration. It is how a complex system becomes something a founding team can pick up and use without training, documentation, or a demo. We are looking for a Senior Product Designer who cares deeply about that problem.

You will own the product design end to end, working directly with engineering to ship interfaces that are fast, clear, and worth caring about.

What you will work on

• Design core product flows including goal creation, task management, blocker visibility, and analytics.
• Maintain and evolve the Velocy design system as the product surface grows.
• Work closely with engineering to ensure design intent survives implementation.
• Conduct user research and translate findings directly into product decisions.
• Set the visual and interaction bar for the product as a whole.

What we are looking for

• 5 or more years of product design experience at a SaaS company.
• A strong portfolio showing complex product work, not just marketing or visual design.
• Ability to move from concept to high-fidelity fast without losing quality.
• Comfortable working without a large design team or extensive process.
• Strong opinion on what makes software feel good to use, and the ability to defend it.
