Product Manager

Velocy is building the project management system for founding teams who cannot afford to waste time on the wrong work. We are looking for a Product Manager who has lived that problem and wants to help solve it at scale.

This is a hands-on role. You will work directly with engineering and design to move features from idea to shipped, owning the decisions in between.

What you will work on

• Define and prioritize the product roadmap based on user feedback, data, and company goals.
• Write clear, specific requirements that give engineering what they need to build without ambiguity.
• Work closely with design to ensure product decisions translate into experiences users actually want to use.
• Identify patterns in user behavior and translate them into product improvements.
• Own the release process from spec to launch to post-launch review.

What we are looking for

• 3 or more years of product management experience at a SaaS company.
• Strong written communication. You can explain a complex problem clearly without a meeting.
• A track record of shipping features that users actually use.
• Comfort working without a large team or heavy process.
• Familiarity with how early-stage founding teams work is a strong plus.
